Jeju without a car: plan a day by bus
Jeju has public buses, but service and waiting times vary by route. Our planning suggestion: choose one area for the day and check the journey back before you leave.
Choose a base before your stops
Compare the routes from your accommodation in Jeju City, Seogwipo or your chosen village. Check the airport transfer separately from your sightseeing day.
Plan the return first
Look up both directions for your travel date: the correct stop, transfers, walking distance and last return service. Recheck the live route information on the day.
Start with a compact day
As a starting plan, pick two or three nearby stops and leave room for waiting. Save each destination’s Korean name in an address card. Review every transfer before adapting a driving itinerary.
